Consultancy opportunity: Latimer Network
The Joffe Trust is seeking a consultant to help shape the next phase of the Latimer Network.
The Network brings civil society together with government, law enforcement, regulators and private sector actors to tackle the collective action failures that hold back the UK’s response to illicit finance. It has gained traction quickly but operates on a modest footing. With the Trust closing in 2031, we want to explore options for the future of the Network, including for greater investment.
The purpose of this assignment is to identify and develop a small number of clear, costed options for the Network’s development over the next three – five years.
It involves desk review, interviews across sectors, and close work with the Network Convenor and a small member reference group.
- Around 10 days work from early October 2026.
- Terms of Reference including how to apply here.
- Deadline for applications: 31st August 2026.
We regret that due to extended staff leave, it’s not possible to discuss the project before applications are submitted.
